As a senior designer on Mount Sinai’s Consumer Digital Innovations team, I focused on building employer-friendly digital solutions to improve patient experiences. I led the UX and design process for a new platform that addressed key challenges in healthcare, including how patients find care, navigate the system, seek support, and manage payments.
Key highlights:
Designed a B2B2C multi-tenant enterprise SaaS platform integrated with Epic systems, enabling agents across multiple white-labeled organizations to efficiently manage patients in different cohorts.
Enabled employer on-site health centers and membership-based multi-specialty clinics by streamlining patient enrollment and care management.
Supported ~20 agents managing 50K+ patients daily, driving over $18M in revenue for Mount Sinai.
Developed a mobile-first appointment scheduling solution for a pilot group of 30 primary care providers, used by ~50 patients per day, projected to save Mount Sinai $1M+ in costs.
